Job Summary:As an Entry Level Motorcycle Service Technician, your role involves the repair, customization, maintenance, or overhaul of motorcycles, aiming for efficiency and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable, high-quality vehicle service to both customer and dealer-owned motorcycles.
• Strive to complete repair work within the allocated time schedules.
• Maintain high productivity and efficiently manage time to achieve near 100% billable work.
• Follow factory specifications for service, repair, and customization tasks.
• Collaborate with the Service Consultant on work orders, customer communications, and to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promptly inform the Service Consultant/Manager of any additional work required or any delays.
• Ensure cleanliness in the work area and contribute to the overall maintenance of the shop.
• Commit to ongoing technical training and certifications.
• Manage customer vehicles with care, ensuring they are returned in a cleaner state than upon arrival.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Strong commitment to quality service.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Requirement to own a set of basic and specialized tools for service tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Proficiency in handling tools, lifting materials up to 40 lbs, and maneuvering motorcycles up to 950 lbs.
• Frequent need to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.

Working Conditions:

• Work in environments with loud noise, exposure to hazardous materials, and varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Frequent operation near moving mechanical parts.
• Occasional exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles.
